Dear Kulash Duisenbaikyzy,
I congratulate you from the bottom of my heart on your 60th birthday jubilee!
Every milestone in a person's life is meaningful. For you, these years form a bright chronicle of devoted service to science, of guiding countless students along their path, and of an immeasurable contribution to the development of our nation's geographical science.
Your scientific research and works continue to make a significant contribution to the development of our national science. Your devotion to science, your drive for inquiry, and the deep scientific perspective you bring to every question are a great example for us, your students.
For me, studying in the master's program under your supervision was one of the most important periods of my life. As my academic supervisor, you did not merely show me the path of scientific research. You taught me to approach science with responsibility, to view every piece of data with a critical eye, to substantiate my own ideas scientifically, and to remain constantly engaged in inquiry.
Today, I want to say with special pride that, thanks to the knowledge and scientific direction I gained under your guidance, I have entered doctoral studies and am continuing my journey in science. This is not simply a great achievement for me — I consider it a continuation of the knowledge and upbringing I received from a mentor like you, a continuation of your scientific school.
A teacher's greatest achievement is the success of their student. In my current path of scientific inquiry, the knowledge and advice you gave me hold a special place. Your influence as a mentor was of great importance in the scientific interest that formed in me during my master's studies continuing into doctoral studies, setting me on the path of science.
Every piece of advice, every critical remark I received from you serves as a guiding light on my scientific path. That is why, on this joyous day, as your student, I first and foremost want to express my boundless gratitude to you.
Dear Kulash Duisenbaikyzy, I wish you strong health, a long life, family happiness, creative inspiration, and abundant success in your scientific work. May your labor on the path of science be fruitful, and may there be many new scientific achievements and lofty milestones ahead!
My gratitude and respect for you as your student will always remain in my heart!

An exemplary career is a wise milestone of life.

Dear Kulyash Duisenbayevna, congratulations on your 60th birthday!
Sixty is a major milestone in a person's life, a mature stage at which one looks back, reflects on the work accomplished, and appraises one's contribution to the country and to the field of education. From this perspective, your career in education, and especially your contribution to the development of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography, deserves particular respect.
Your name is inseparably linked with the history of our faculty. From 2015 to 2026 you served with distinction as Dean and Director of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography, and made an enormous contribution to its formation and prosperity. Over these years you united the faculty staff and did a great deal to raise the quality of education, develop research, strengthen the professional potential of the teaching staff, and create a favourable academic environment for students. For many years, as a far-sighted leader and skilled organiser, you rallied the faculty team around a common goal and made an invaluable contribution to its growth and success. The period of your leadership will forever remain in the history of our faculty for its bright achievements, fresh initiatives, professional heights, and team unity. Your wisdom, high standards, fairness, and personal integrity have always been an example to your colleagues. You inspired confidence in those around you and built a large, harmonious team whose members know how to support one another. This is a quality found only in a true leader.
Your organisational skills and leadership were especially evident during the faculty's transition to the GTsOS management system, proposed by Rector T. Balykbayev. Adapting to the new requirements of the management system, you led the faculty's rapid development in a new direction and oversaw structural and substantive changes. There is every reason to say that this period became one of the important milestones in the history of the faculty. One of the most distinctive features of your leadership is your ability to see any change not merely as a managerial task but as a new initiative that opens opportunities for the team's development. In difficult times you took responsibility upon yourself, supported your colleagues, and rallied them around a common goal. These qualities have made you a respected and authoritative figure among your colleagues.
For me, too, the years of working alongside you were a great school of professional experience. We witnessed many initiatives, new projects, and important decisions aimed at the development of the faculty. Your work and dedication, and your care for the team, will undoubtedly remain a fond memory for your colleagues.
Your work as a scholar and teacher is a school in its own right. You have trained several generations of qualified specialists and are a beloved mentor who has guided many into the world of science. Through the scientific school that bears your own distinctive stamp, you have made an immense contribution to the development of education and science. Today your students work fruitfully in every region of the country and carry the title of teacher with honour. This is one of the greatest achievements of your life.
Today, at a new stage of your life, as a professor-researcher devoted to scholarly work and to broadening the horizons of science, I wish your research every success, and may your work continue to serve the flourishing of science and education. May your innovative ideas and wealth of experience always be a guide for future generations of scholars!
Sixty is a mature age at which we honour the past, value present achievements, and set new goals for the future; it is a bright milestone on an honourable path devoted to science, education, and the upbringing of the nation's future. On this anniversary, I wish you above all good health, well-being for your family, the joy of seeing your children and grandchildren thrive, and the fruits of your labour. May every day of your life be filled with joy and abundance, new achievements, and bright moments! May the rich experience you have gained in teaching and leadership be an example to future generations, and may your authority and the esteem in which you are held continue to grow! May this anniversary add to your renown and open the way to new, bright milestones in your exemplary life!
